Request Statements in Spanish

Would you like to receive your paper statements in Spanish? If you are an Online Banking customer, you can easily request to receive your account statements in Spanish. Spanish statements are available for checking, money market, and savings accounts. Statements in Spanish offer you:

Current Online Banking Customers

  1. If you are currently enrolled in Online Banking, just follow the steps below.
  2. From the wachovia.com home page, enter your User ID and Password to login into Online Banking.
  3. From the My Accounts page, click on the Customer Service tab located at the top of the page.
  4. You will be taken to the Service Center page.
  5. Under Statements and Documents, click on Request Statements in Spanish.
  6. Complete and submit the request form.

Not an Online Banking Customer?
