TRANSFER FUNDS
Use the steps below for instructions on transferring funds from one account to another. Note: To transfer funds, you will need to enter a Customer Access Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you started your call with an account number, when you choose transfer funds, the system will ask you for your Customer Access Number. If you do not have one, press 0 at any time and a Representative will be glad to assist you. Step 1: Access Your AccountDial the Customer Service phone number. - Enter or say your account number or Customer Access Number.
- Enter or say the last (4) digits of your Social Security Number, Tax ID, or Personal Identification Number.
- Enter or say the last four (4) digits of the account number you would like to work with.
Step 2: Transfer Funds|
- Say "Transfer Funds."
- Say the account to transfer funds from. For example, say "Checking" or the last four (4) digits of the account number.
- Say the account to transfer funds to. For example, say "Checking" or the last four (4) digits of the account number. If you are unsure of the account type, or the account number, you can say "List My Accounts," to choose the account to work with.
- Say the transfer amount.
- Say "yes" if the information is correct. A confirmation message provides the confirmation number.
| Personal Checking, Equity Line, and Command Accounts - Press 3 for Transfer Funds.
- Enter the last four (4) digits of the account that you would like to transfer funds from.
- Enter the last four (4) digits of the account that you would like to transfer funds to.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Select "yes" if the information is correct. A confirmation message provides the confirmation number.
Personal Savings Accounts and Lines of Credit - Press 3 for Account Options.
- Press 2 for Transfer Funds.
- Enter the last four (4) digits of the account that you would like to transfer funds from.
- Enter the last four (4) digits of the account that you would like to transfer funds to.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Select "yes" if the information is correct. A confirmation message provides the confirmation number.
Credit Cards - Press 3 for Account Options.
- Press 2 to Make A Payment.
- Enter the last four (4) digits of the account that you would like to use to make the payment.
- Enter the last four (4) digits of the account that you would like to transfer funds to.
- Enter the payment amount.
- Select "yes" if the information is correct. A confirmation message provides the confirmation number.
