MENU OPTIONS AND SHORTCUTS
When accessing menus in the Automated Voice Service, you can manually navigate through the menu options, or you can go directly to what you need by using shortcuts. Shortcuts
Menu Options Shortcuts
After entering your account information, use the voice commands in the table below to go directly to what you need at any time during your call. Note: Not all commands are for every account type. For example, "Payoff" would only apply to loan accounts. |

Menu OptionsAfter entering your account information and hearing your balance, select one of the links below to see the available menu options for your account type. To switch to touch-tone only and deactivate voice, press ** at any time. To return to the main menu, say "Go Back" or "Main Menu."
