Reversal
If an ACH item is released in error, a reversal may be requested to "correct" or reverse previously originated entries or files. Presently, NACHA requires any reversal request to be processed within five days of the effective date of an item. Companies may contact CCSC at (800) 222-3862 or may use WebACHieve to initiate a reversal.
