If your Check Card is lost or stolen, notify us immediately at 800-WACHOVIA (800-922-4684), 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Remember, if your Check Card is ever used without your permission, you’re covered by Visa’s Zero Liability Policy*.
(*US-issued cards only. Visa’s Zero Liability Policy does not apply to Commercial Card or ATM transactions or to PIN transactions not processed by Visa.)
