REQUEST A STATEMENT OR CHECK COPY
Use the steps below for instructions on requesting an account statement (Step 2a) or copy of a check (Step 2b).
Note: If you choose a current month and the statement has not yet been generated, the system will let you know. For some account types, you will have the option to get an interim statement, which includes all transactions since your last statement.
In addition, to have statements faxed, you will need to enter the system using your Customer Access Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not have one, please press 0 at anytime and a Representative can help you establish one.
Step 1: Access Your Account
Dial the Customer Service phone number.
- Enter or say your account number or Customer Access Number.
- Enter or say the last (4) digits of your Social Security Number, Tax ID, or Personal Identification Number.
- Enter or say the last four (4) digits of the account number you would like to work with.
Step 2a: Request a Statement

- Say "Statement" or "Get a Statement."
- Say the reason for requesting a statement copy: "Lost It," "Never Got It," or "Neither."
- Say the month and year for the statement needed.
- Say "Fax" or "Mail."
- If you said "Fax," then say the 10-digit fax number. If you said "Mail," then the statement is mailed to the address on file.
| Checking or Command Accounts: - Press 4 for Statements and Checks.
- Press 1 for Get a Statement.
- Enter the reason for requesting a statement by pressing: 1-Lost It, 2-Never Got It, or 3-Neither.
- Enter the two (2) digit month and four (4) digit year for the statement needed.
- Press 1 for Fax, or press 2 for Mail.
- If you chose Fax, then enter the 10-digit fax number. If you chose Mail, then the statement is mailed to the address on file.
Note: The Fax option is only available if you used your Customer Access Number to log into Telephone Banking. Otherwise, your copies will automatically be mailed to you. Savings Accounts: Press 3 for Account Options. - Press 3 for Statement Copies.
- Enter the reason for requesting a statement by pressing: 1-Lost It, 2-Never Got It, or 3-Neither.
- Enter the two (2) digit month and four (4) digit year for the statement needed.
- Press 1 for Fax, or press 2 for Mail.
- If you chose Fax, then enter the 10-digit fax number. If you chose Mail, then the statement is mailed to the address on file.

Step 2b: Request a Check Copy

- Say "Check Copy" or "Get a Check Copy."
- Say the reason for requesting a check copy: "Lost It," "Never Got It," or "Neither."
- Say or enter the check number. Note: You may be prompted to provide the check amount and posting date.
- Say "Fax" or "Mail."
- If you said "Fax," then say the 10-digit fax number. If you said "Mail," then the check copy is mailed to the address on file.
| - Press 4 for Statements and Checks.
- Press 2 for Check Copy.
- Enter the reason for requesting a check copy by pressing: 1-Lost It, 2-Never Got It, or 3-Neither.
- Enter the check number.
Note: You may be prompted to provide the check amount and posting date. - Press 1 for Fax, or press 2 for Mail.
- If you chose Fax, then enter the 10-digit fax number. If you chose Mail, then the check copy is mailed to the address on file.
