USING THE SYSTEM


When using the Automated Voice Service, multiple options are available for managing your account(s), including:

End Your Call Say "Goodbye" or simply hang up the telephone. 

Security and Confidentiality

You can interchangeably use voice service and touch-tone features; however, the system encourages use of the telephone keypad to enter confidential information such as an account number, Social Security Number, or Personal Identification Number (PIN).

To ensure the security, during a PIN change transaction, you are required to key in information using the telephone keypad. Voice service features cannot be used when changing a PIN.

1 If the system detects a high level of background noise or an invalid menu option is selected, you will be automatically switched to touch-tone service. Otherwise, the system quickly offers touch-tone service if it thinks you are having trouble using voice service.

2 By pressing ** to switch to touch-tone only service, you will not have the ability to switch back to voice service without redialing the call.
