Revocable Trust
A trust settler (the opposite of an irrevocable trust) in which the grantor retains full power to revoke, modify, or amend the trust. At the death of the grantor, the entire trust is included in the grantor's taxable estate. The trust income and capital gains or losses are taxed to the grantor.
