Financial Statements

Generally, the terms of your loan documents require you to deliver to Wachovia certain financial documentation including, but not limited to, property level operating statements, rent rolls (listing tenant names, lease commencement and expiration dates and demised square footage) and budgets.  Pursuant to the terms of your loan documents, you may be required to deliver the financial documentation on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis.  Please consult your loan documents to determine your specific delivery requirements.
