Account Reconcilement Processing

• Balance your disbursement accounts more easily and quickly with our account reconcilement services that include:
  • Deposit Reconcilement – use one account to identify the source of all deposits.
  • Comprehensive Deposit Reconcilement – allows you to centralize your deposits while maintaining separate accounts for each depositing location.

Remote Deposit Products

• Remote Deposit Capture
  • Scan paper checks from your desktop and electronically send the images to Wachovia for deposit through the Internet, saving time and money.
  • Retrieve your check images for up to seven years through Wachovia Connection, our online treasury management system.
• Remote Image Cash Letter
  • Send cash letters to Wachovia electronically using your company’s own imaging hardware and software and experience improved efficiency and expedited funds availability.

E-Box^® Payment Concentration

• Consolidate paper-based and electronic consumer-initiated payments into a single accounts receivable transmission.

Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP)

• Allow your customers to view and pay their bills electronically through your company’s Web site.
• Choose between the “payment only” and “presentment and payment” EBPP solutions.

Electronic Check Conversion Services

• Convert paper check payments to electronic ACH payments.
• Manage all of your check payments and processing with our Electronic Check Conversion services:
  • Corporate Biller ARC (Accounts Receivable Conversion) – converts internally-processed consumer payments to ACH debits.
  • Dropbox ARC – converts consumer check payments received via U.S. mail, over-the-counter, or company’s dropbox location to an ACH debit transaction.
  • Electronic Check Conversion at Point of Purchase – converts consumer checks presented at the point of purchase to ACH debits upon presentment to Wachovia.
  • Re-Presented Check Entry (RCK) – converts any returned paper checks to electronic transactions for re-presentment.
  • Retail Lockbox ARC – converts eligible check payments to ACH debits when remittances are received to your Wachovia Retail Lockbox account.

Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment (EIPP)

• Manage the billing and collection of your business-to-business receivables.
• Present invoices and receive payments on a customized Web site that’s branded with your company’s information.

Integrated Receivables

• Receive a single, consolidated file of your paper and electronic remittance information to automatically update your accounts receivable system.
• Consolidate information related to ACH, domestic or international wire transfer, and lockbox receipts into a single electronic file.

Lockbox Solutions

• Retail Lockbox
  • Processes your high-volume, low-dollar remittances (mainly consumer-to-business payments).
• Wholesale Lockbox
  • Processes your low-volume, high-dollar remittances (mainly business-to-business payments).
  • Access document and check images quickly and securely over the Internet with Wholesale Lockbox Image.
• Wholetail Lockbox
  • Processes your high-volume, low-dollar remittances with the flexibility and data collection capabilities of wholesale lockbox.
