The maximum broker income for all loan types and all loan amounts is 5% of the loan amount. The cap includes additional broker compensation paid by the lender and retained by the broker.
Generally, if additional time is required, Wachovia follows a compare and take worse scenario. Wachovia requires that you request the extension prior to the original lock expiration date to avoid additional pricing hits.
