Hedge transactions have documents that outline the rights and obligations of the parties involved. Below you will find brief descriptions of these documents and links to samples.*

ISDA Master Agreement This document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
An industry standard document intended to cover a wide range of financial transactions is reproduced here with the permission of its publisher, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA). We use this version for U.S. customers.

Schedule This document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The parties to a transaction use this document to reach agreement on certain choices called for in the ISDA Master, plus additional provisions not found there.

Legal Opinion This document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
A legal opinion may be required under the Schedule, and this sample is provided for the convenience of a customer's legal advisors.

Certified Board Resolution This document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
A board resolution may be required under the Schedule, and this sample is provided for the convenience of a customer's board of directors.

Confirmation This document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
A confirmation with specific trade details would be sent to the customer each time a transaction is entered into with Wachovia pursuant to the ISDA Master.

Sample Statement This document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you enter into a transaction with Wachovia you will receive a statement from our billing area each period in which payments are due to you or from you under the hedge.
