• Paperless Loans—Your participants can request a loan through the voice response unit or online, and Wachovia will process everything from the mailing of the check to receipt of loan repayments.
• Eligibility Tracking—Wachovia can calculate a prospective participant’s date of eligibility based on data loaded into our record keeping system, and will send enrollment kits automatically to employees when they reach their eligible dates.
• Online Enrollment/Salary Deferral Changes—Participants can enroll or change deferral percentages through the voice response unit or online.
• In-Service Distributions—Participants can request in-service distributions directly through a Wachovia Participant Account Services Representative.
• E-Delivery of Communications—Participants receive prospectuses and fund annual reports through email.

• You can transmit payroll files over the Internet, with confirmation within 24 hours.
• You can elect to have contribution transmittals automatically deducted from your business checking account.
• You can exchange plan data (such as enrollment or loan information) securely over the Internet at any time.
