HOW TO BECOME AN APPROVED BROKER

We try to make the approval process as painless as possible by first assigning you to a regional account executive who will provide you with a copy of the approval package. Use the Wholesale Lending link on the right to find the Regional Sales Manager for your area that will assign your Account Executive.

The next steps are to complete the Broker Application and refer to the application checklist to determine what additional documentation should be included with your application. Your completed application package should be returned to your regional account executive for faster processing.

Once you have submitted your application, we will review the documentation and complete a business analysis of your company. The process takes about 10 business days upon receipt of the complete package. Your account executive will contact you with the decision. You may start submitting loans as soon your application has been approved.
