CMBS ORIGINATION AND MORTGAGE PLACEMENT

Wachovia’s Commercial Real Estate Finance team has more than 75 real estate professionals in 13 regional offices committed to providing a streamlined process of securing commercial mortgages. We provide long-term, fixed-rate, non-recourse mortgage financing ranging from $2 million to $50 million, earmarked for placement in the CMBS market. We also place loans with long-term lenders like insurance companies for transactions that do not fit Wachovia's proprietary project finance programs.
