Wachovia Capital Partners, the principal investing arm of Wachovia Corporation, provides flexible capital and strategic advice to companies whose management teams have a vision for their business and the operating expertise to implement their strategies.  Our investments range from $10 million to $75 million per transaction, although we will consider smaller or larger investments depending on the circumstances.  We have committed over $3 billion in direct investments since 1988.
