EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN

Here's how it works. Your executives contribute what they want on a pre-tax basis, but do not pay tax until the distributions are received. You as the employer may also contribute on behalf of your executives, and may take a tax deduction when the funds are distributed, usually at retirement.
