The links below will guide you to the best ways to contact us, help you find the product or service information you need, answer questions you may have about Wachovia, and more. Payment records Will the payments that have cleared my account appear on my bank statement each month? How will I know when my checking account is being debited for payments? How do I confirm that a payment has been made? How do I get a paper copy of my bill if the payee doesn't send me one? All payments made through Online BillPay will appear on your checking account statement. Your checking account will be debited on the scheduled payment date you specify. Funds need to be available in your account on the scheduled payment date. You can confirm a payment in two ways: (1) if the payment date has passed, check its status online; or (2) wait for your bank statement, which will contain the transaction date and the payment amount. When you receive your bill electronically, click the View Bill link below the Payee Name and print it from your browser if you want to keep a copy for your records. (Select "File" from the menu bar and choose "Print".)
