LETTERS OF CREDIT

Procedures and instructions for both Commercial Letters of Credit and Standby Letters of Credit are presented below in Microsoft Word. You will need to download the application you require and then save it in Microsoft Word for current and/or future L/C transactions. The forms must be typed rather than hand-written and returned in person to your local Financial Center.

For either a Commercial or Standby L/C, you must obtain credit approval and signature verification from your local financial center or relationship manager. Your local Financial Center may arrange for credit approval by contacting the appropriate departments within Wachovia.
