U.S. BASED ACCOUNT AND IACH SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Any document or agreement within the Wachovia.com site is not binding on Wachovia until Wachovia has agreed to accept such customer's signed document or agreement and Wachovia has completed the implementation process to establish the customer relationship.
