A graduate of Williams College, Overlander built a 26 year career at Bear Stearns, serving most recently as managing director and co-head of Fixed Income. He has been closely involved in managing the transition during the firm's acquisition by J.P. Morgan and has served on Bear Stearns' Management and Compensation Committee as well as various Boards of Directors of Bear Stearns subsidiaries.
