Wachovia’s Floorplan Connection is an innovative tool that uses the Dealer Access System™ to instantly update or inquire about your floorplan loan information via the Internet.* It simplifies the loan process and puts important floorplan information at your fingertips.

Using Floorplan Connection couldn’t be easier.

Just log in to Wachovia’s Online Services to manage your floorplan accounts. Our tool streamlines the entire account management process by creating a virtually paperless environment that allows you to perform key floorplan transactions in real time.

Floorplan Connection provides four major functions:

• Loan Requests—Allows direct input of wholesale loan requests from the dealership. Automated VIN decoding allows for increased productivity for both the dealer and Wachovia personnel. Automatic funding can also occur based upon bank approval.
• Review and Inquiry—Allows authorized dealership personnel to review portfolio information online, and quickly determine the status of a payment or new loan request.
• Payment Input—Allows payment input for individual pay-as-sold units and invoices, and monthly billing statement payments.
• Reporting—Allows dealerships to print pre-determined reports including daily transactions and month-end billing statements.
