COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE LOANS: INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYOFF

These payoff request instructions are specific to Wachovia Real Estate Services commercial mortgage customers only.

CMBS Instructions:
Upon receipt of a written request signed by the Borrower or its authorized agent, Wachovia will prepare a payoff or prepayment estimate. The written request should include the following information:

Loan number
Expected date of payoff
Property name
Contact information

Note that your loan documents may require you to provide thirty, sixty, or ninety days notice of your intent to pay off or prepay your loan. Borrowers will be assessed a $300 processing fee and a $250 reconveyance fee for each request.
