Wachovia Exchange Services will contact you upon receipt of your completed application, and will prepare your exchange agreement and supply all of the necessary documentation to complete your transaction.

Wachovia Bank, NA serves as the Qualified Intermediary and the exchange proceeds are held as a direct deposit of Wachovia Bank, NA. The proceeds are securely held in segregated accounts for each exchange.
