We serve as a “one-stop” transitional financing shop for a full range of eligible property types. We provide up to 90% loan-to-value (LTV) financing with kickers on deals over 80% LTV (in the form of fees or equity participation).
Loan Parameters
Bridge:
- One to three year term
- Principal range of $10 million to $100 million
Mezzanine:
- Three to seven year term
- Principal range of $3 million to $30 million
Equity:
- Will contribute up to 50 to 90% of required equity
- Mezzanine/Equity blend available with third party lender contributing portion of financing or equity
