Shipment Portal is the means for you to collaborate with your trading partners to consolidate sets of documents for shipments and electronically manage document sets easily and effectively in a centralized location, effectively eliminating courier fees.

  • Provides for the creation, attachment, management, delivery and storage of import and export trade electronic documentation via a web based application.
  • Auto creates shipment sets based on a new letter of credit or an new Purchase Order being uploaded to the system.
  • Allows for collaborative exchange of data and documents with the Bank and 3rd party providers.
  • Allows for the storage of and hyperlink to, Purchase Orders for vendors / sellers.
  • Allows for the acknowledgment of Purchase Orders by the vendor / seller.
  • Inheritances of Letter of Credit and Purchase Order data for the creation of documents.
  • Provides for institutional customers a customer branded capability of the above.
