First Union Securities Adds Multi-industry Research Analyst to Equity Research Department

CHICAGO-First Union Securities, Inc. has announced that Brian K. Langenberg, CFA has joined the Equity Research team as a Senior Analyst following the Electrical Equipment/Multi-Industry sector.

Brian joins First Union Securities from Credit Suisse First Boston where he followed the multi-industry sector for six years. He was a runner-up in the prestigious Institutional Investor All-American Research poll in 2000, and a Best Up-and-Comer in the 1999 poll. Prior to Credit Suisse First Boston, Brian worked with Continental Bank as a security analyst. Brian received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his BA in Economics from Saint Norbert College. He will work out of the First Union Securities’ Chicago equity research offices.
