First Union Securities Co-manages Public Offering for 3TEC Energy Corporation

CHARLOTTE, NC On Tuesday, June 27, 2000, First Union Securities co-managed an $63 million share offering for 3TEC Energy Corporation, (Nasdaq:TTEN). The seven million shares of common stock were priced at $9.00 per share.
