First Union Securities Adds Senior Internet Software Analyst to Equity Research Department

SAN FRANCISCO-First Union Securities, Inc. has announced that Jason Maynard has joined the Equity Research team as a Senior Analyst following the Internet Software sector, with a specific concentration on the Internet Customer Relationship Management and Application Server markets.

Maynard joins First Union Securities from The Seidler Companies, a Los Angeles-based boutique investment bank, where he was a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst covering the same sectors. Prior to joining Seidler, Maynard was a Vice President of Business Development at Verix Software. Maynard is a graduate of California State University - Sacramento and received his MBA from the University of Southern California. He will work out of the First Union Securities' San Francisco offices.
