"David brings to Wachovia a proven track record calling on private equity firms and originating high margin products including IPOs, mergers and acquisition advisory services and leveraged finance opportunities. David is a terrific new addition to the team, and I am pleased that we will all benefit from his leadership and experience," said Armstrong.
