GRANT GUIDELINES
The Mary Allen Lindsey Branan Foundation makes grants to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations which meet guidelines established by the foundation trustees. Grant making focuses on capital projects.
All requests must include:
- Background information on the organization, including brief history, current officers and directors, current address and phone number, and name and title of primary contact
- The goals, objectives, and budget for the one project or program for which funds are being requested
- The amount of the grant requested
- Summary of how the funds will be used
- Supporting financial information on the organization, to include current financial status
- Copy of organization's tax exemption letter from the Internal Revenue Service
The foundation's board meets in June and December. Requests must be postmarked by May 1st and November 1st in order to be considered.
